Return Policy

All returns MUST be authorized by Aspenwood Bath and Body Customer Service BEFORE the item is accepted. Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of shipment of the item and the returned item MUST be UNDAMAGED and UNALTERED. Any products that have been used may NOT be returned. ONLY the purchase price and sales tax for the item will be refunded. Any product that has been used can NOT be returned. The customer pays a 10% restocking charge and all shipping associated with the return. If the item was damaged in shipment we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.
